Victor Kelleheris an Australian author of science fiction, horror, and fantasy books for young adults and children. He is best known for his award-winning Darks' Master series and the Time Master trilogy. Among his many books for young readers are the Tomorrow series, The Gatekeeper Series and the Take a Chance Hill Series.

Victor Kelleher was born in 1943 in Melbourne, Australia, where he also currently lives. He started writing when he was 11, and his first book, The Eleventh Hour, was published in 1979, when he was 36. After that, he published a science fiction novel, Golden Space Kids and, in 1982, he won the Children's Writing Award for his fantasy novel, Dragon's Nest.

Victor Kelleher has written more than thirty-five books which have been published in countries around the world, including Germany, the United States, France, and Britain. Some of his works were nominated for the New South Wales Premier's Literary Awards and the Australian Science Fiction Achievement Awards. He also had two books listed as "Notable Books of the Year" by the American Library Association and was awarded the Aurealis Award for his young adult novel, The Delmar Experiment.

Victor Kelleher's books often explore themes such as the environment, survival, morality, power, and freedom.
