Henry Adams
Henry Adams (1838-1918) an American author, historian and academic was born on 16 February 1838 in Boston , Massachusetts . He is famous for his journal The Education of Henry Adams (1918) for which he was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for in 1919.
Adams parents were Charles Francis Adams (1807-1886), diplomat and writer, and Abigail Brown Brooks (1808-1889). On 27 June 1872 Adams married Marian Hooper (1843-1885).
